WHY GROUP MENTORING?
Group Mentoring is very different to having individual sessions.
Group sessions provide a sense of community as well as peer-group feedback and support. You are very much a team member when participating in a group session.
In a group session, we are able to share our experiences - be that success with patients, business, possible approaches and solutions, or opportunities and challenges. And to ensure that everybody has an opportunity, there are a maximum of only four participants (+ me) in each group session.
As the leader of the group session, I may provide you with my experience of clinical practice and business and also direct the proceedings. I may invite you to submit a case that we can explore and examine. However, I do this from the viewpoint that we are all part of a team of professional natural health practitioners - certainly not a teacher/student scenario.
