Please note that regular or excessive alcohol consumption can lead to liver disease and other health and social problems. Drink alcohol responsible, and never drink and drive. Avoid drinking too much alcohol.

Wheat, corn, grapes, yeast, potato, tea, coffee

Pure filtered water, liver, pate, offal , oyster, fish, prawns, lecithin, raw egg yolk, butter, olive oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil, evening primrose, oil, garlic,onions, ginger, asparagus, dandelion coffee.

Lifestyle To Embrace
 
Eat five to six small meals per day; eat the protein portion of the meal first; reduce social stress.

11 Easy Steps To Help Avoid A Hangover (Pre-Party)
 
1)  Increase consumption of the botanical medicinal herb, St Mary's thistle (take 5 ml in water prior to your first alcoholic drink, as well as before bed). Or preferably, ask your natural medicine practitioner to prescribe and create a specific combination of botanical medicinal herbs to support your individual requirements in order to prevent a hangover.
2)  Eat five or six small protein and nutrient rich meals during the day preceding together with a meal just prior to drinking
3)  Take digestive supplements during the day and prior to your first drink
4)  Be well hydrated prior to the first drink (minimum of 8 glasses of pure filtered water during the day) and drink an extra glass of water for each alcoholic drink consumed together with an extra glass prior to retiring
5)  Consume an acidophilus/fibre powder with water prior to drinking and also during the following day
6)  Consume supportive supplements on the day including practitioner only prescribed high potency vitamin and mineral supplements, B complex and a practitioner powder containing : gamma linolenic acid, magnesium, zinc, glutamine and D-phynlalanine
7)  Take 4 - 6 capsules of evening primrose oil
8)   If you feel nervous before a function, consider taking a St.John's Wort tablet (Flordis Remotiv) prior to and during the function to support relaxation
9)  Where possible drink organic wine to avoid the negative affects of preservatives and additives.
10)  In order to minimize the negative affects of alcohol on insulin levels, preferably choose an organic dry red wine.
11)  Drink angelica tea during the afternoon prior to drinking.
