FATIGUE

 

Possible Symptoms
 
Abnormal tiredness, lack of energy, weakness, lethargy, depression.
 
Possible Causes
 
Adrenal exhaustion, stress, anemia, leak gut, toxicity, allergy, glandular imbalances, hypothyroidism, constipation, under functioning liver/gallbladder, low blood pressure, improper diet, lack of exercise, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, overwork, excessive sex or masturbation, lack of sleep (see insomnia), sedentary occupation, cardiovascular issues, bacteria, viruses (Epstein-Barr, Human Herpes Virus  6, cytomegalo virus, Ross River, Barmah Forest, Cox-sackie B, Murray River Encephalopathy), fungi.
 
Foods To Avoid
 
Excessive saturated fats, refined carbohydrates, junk foods, excess cow's milk, overeating, skipped breakfast, coffee and caffeinated food/drinks, alcohol, soft drinks, refined sugar, refined and processed foods. Keep potato , bread, pasta and rice to a minimum.
 
Foods To Embrace
 
Pure filtered water, whole organic foods, lecithin, raw egg yolk, liver, pate offal, prawns, oysters, fatty fish, bananas, cabbage, garlic, nuts and seeds, linseeds, grape seeds, green tea.
